Below are the first few steps to get you started on promoting yourself and getting ready for the event before full information is released 5 months prior to the event. 

For maximum promotion please submit your Company Information Form (linked below) and/or Session Form (linked below) as soon as possible. If you don't have all speaker information quite yet but do know who will be speaking please share with Jo Leek, we can then include on the speaker page ahead of the programme being finalised.

To ensure you meet the delegates who have a genuine interest in your products and services and to enable our delegates to choose their sessions more effectively, we are suggesting that sponsors provide us with a seminar video preview clip to back up the marketed précis.

This is your opportunity to promote your session to our pre-registered delegates and let them know the key topics covered and takeaways. All videos provided will be added to the PSI YouTube channel and shared in various social media feeds.

PSI attracts 250+ procurement and supply chain professionals and the event is free to attend. To ensure that calibre of attendees is kept high all registrations are vetted to make sure they meet the attendance criteria. The event is targeted at senior business executives from the commercial, public and third sector, with responsibility for implementing or sourcing web-enabled procurement & supply chain strategies and technologies within their own organisation. Delegates may be from large or small to medium sized businesses; targeting B2B as well as B2C customers.   

The programme for the event is finalised 3-4 weeks prior to the event.
