Below are a few first steps to get you started on promoting yourself and getting ready for the event before full information is released three months prior to the event. 

Actions and Deadlines - Due ASAP

Please complete your company information form linked both via the button and listing below as soon as possible. The information provided will be used to create a company profile for you on the conference website, promote your participation across the social channels and will be used for the printed event guide.

To minimise stress and cost it is best to begin this process as early as possible. In order to aid this process we have highlighted some of the  forms we recommend you complete early to get your promotion started!

Accommodation

Please check your package to see what accommodation you have included.

If you need extra nights either side of conference, we recommend booking a standard room direct with the hotel (we are unable to honour upgrades) and letting Bree know the booking reference.
The hotel will try to match up bookings, if possible, so that you will not have to move rooms during your stay but please be aware we are unable to guarantee this.

Please do not try and contact the hotel directly about matching up bookings as our event block booking is not allocated until just before the event.
