Below is a list of all items that need to be actioned in preparation for The Education People Show - Yorkshire. To minimise stress and cost it is best to begin this process as early as possible. In order to aid this process we have highlighted the compulsory forms.  We would also recommend emailing a link to this Event Manual to your contractors and any companies sharing your stand.

	Complete your Company Information Form. This includes uploading your logo. DEADLINE:  ASAP
	Sponsor Badges, Insurance and Health and Safety Form. DEADLINE: Friday 24th October 2025

	Book Accommodation for your Staff.
	Live lead licence hire (Available a few weeks prior to the event).
	Order additional Electrics here.
