Event Build Up
Any exhibitors wishing to create a free-build stand, either within space only or shell scheme space, please contact eli@revolution-events.com to confirm access times. Please be aware any exhibitor building a structure must confirm plans with Revolution Events for approval.
Exhibitors bringing a regular stand are asked to set up on Wednesday 30th September.
Please note: There is no official build up on the morning of the event. Whilst the the venue will be open from 07.30 for exhibitors to drop any last minute items to their stand they will need to carry these items from the main car park which is a short walk away from the building. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions to this rule and ask that all exhibitors are ready and in position no later than 08.30 so that the event team can do their final stand checks.
Exhibitors are asked NOT to park along side the building, other than to drop items off (5 minutes max). This is to keep fire exits clear, only authorised vehicles can park along the side of the building.
Please note there is no access to fire exits or loading bays on the morning of the show, any final items for the stand that are being brought onsite must be carried from the car park. There is no parking available for exhibitors dropping off
Due to the nature of our events please note that under 16's are not permitted onsite during build up or show day without prior written permission. We are unable to allow access and any under 16's will be asked to leave the premises.
Breakdown must not commence until 16:00 on Thursday 1s October, after the event has finished.
Please note that all exhibitors are required to sign the Health & Safety declaration, which states that exhibitors will not break down before 16:00.
Any exhibitor who breaks down before this time is in breach of the terms and conditions of contract and may invalidate their insurance liability. Revolution Events accepts no responsibility for any invalidation of insurance.
All shell scheme exhibits must be collected by 18:00 on Thursday 1st October.
Please dispose of any rubbish and do not leave it on your stand. Bins will
be provided.
