On-site: Lead Generation > Live Lead Licence App

To capture qualified data on-site during the event, we use an App called a 'Live Lead Licence' from Fusion Engage, which will allow you access to your leads in real time. All delegates will be wearing a badge with a QR code. Once set up, the 'Live Lead App' will allow you to scan delegates' badges on your smartphone or tablet and receive their contact data via the exhibitor portal.

If you have a licence included or have ordered one, you will receive an email shortly before the event directly from our registration partner (Fusion Exhibit) with the link to download the app and your login details.

In the meantime, we recommend signing into the exhibitor portal and setting up your products and any questions you would like to add to help your team qualify your leads.

Each licence can be used on one device only, so ensure you share the login details with a member of your stand team.

Don't have a licence included? We highly recommend purchasing an App Licence to assist with following up leads and, in turn, your ROI.

Order Licence (if you do not have one) - link shared 5 weeks prior to the event.
Login to the exhibitor portal and add your team member/s who will be using the app on the day.
Add your products / qualifying questions (optional) to track areas of interest on the day.
Share this 'How to use the app video' with your stand team and make sure they are set for the day.
