What is the Vendor Showcase?
What is the Vendor Showcase?
The Vendor Showcase gives all vendors equal opportunity to promote their company on stage in front of the full audience immediately after the opening keynote on Monday morning.
You have 60 seconds to introduce your business - but more importantly, the people behind it:
Who you are, what you stand for, what you do, some fun facts, a personal touch, and a reason to come and chat to you.

This is your opportunity to drive traffic to your stand and make a memorable first impression. Previous years have seen everything from slide decks and videos to singing on stage. Creativity is encouraged - make it memorable for your own benefit.

NEW for 2026 – The IRMS Word Challenge
For 2026, we are introducing a light engagement element.
We challenge you to incorporate the phrase "the story behind it" (naturally!) into your 60-second pitch.
Delegates will be invited to identify the "IRMS Word/Phrase” at the end of the Showcase for the chance to win a small prize.
This keeps the audience fully engaged while maintaining the fast-paced energy of the session.

How can I take part?
Send your 60-second (landscape orientation ONLY please - not portrait) presentation / slides / video to lucie@revolution-events.com.
Running order is based on rebooking of stand order from 2025; following this will be, first-come, first-served.
No changes can be made after 5:00pm on Friday, 1st May, as all presentations will be collated into a single film for the AV team.
Large files may be sent via WeTransfer. Please notify Lucie by email if using this method to make sure we don't miss your link.

Can I present first?
The running order is based on the rebook order of stands from last year.
If you would like to present first next year, ensure you rebook first this year.
Please note: amendments after initial submission may affect your running order. Tweaks are fine, re-submissions go to the back of the queue.

What should I talk about?
Be personable. People buy from people!
Focus on the value you bring and the people behind your brand. Delegates enjoy getting to know the human behind the company.
Avoid being overly sales-driven. Leave them wanting to visit your stand to find out more.
Keep it clear and punchy, and if you are nervous, practice in front of the mirror out loud!

If I’m not confident on stage…
You may:
• Ask a member of your team to present
• Submit a pre-recorded video or audio file
If submitting a video, a member of your team must still attend the line-up to ensure the correct running order.

What will happen on the day?
We will include the briefing in your onsite information pack (issued via a QR code on your stand, available Sunday)
Meeting time: 9:15am Monday, 18th May 2026
Holding area: Bar 1 on the Caernarfon Suite level (we will guide you)

How it works
• 9:15am – Vendors assemble in the holding area in presentation order. You will receive a numbered card and must remain in this order. Claire will give you a reminder briefing
• 9:35am – Line-up moves to the Keynote room.
• 9:40am – A member of IRMS introduces the Vendor Showcase.
Presentation guidelines:
• Use the lectern microphone at all times (for accessibility reasons, we often have hearing loops in place).
• The AV team will load your first slide from the tech desk (where a member of the Revolution team will also be based)
• If using multiple slides, you will have access to a clicker on the lectern.
• If you submitted a video/audio file, it will autoplay.
• At 60 seconds, a bell will ring and a "Time’s Up” slide will appear.
• The next company will then be called.
Please note: No changes can be made onsite.
Important!
Have fun with it, bring your personality, and don’t be afraid to surprise us - the IRMS audience loves a bit of imagination.
