Breakdown must not commence until 16:30 on 24th June 2026 after the Kent AI Conference exhibition has closed.
Please note that all exhibitors are required to sign the Kent Ai Conference health & safety declaration form here which states that exhibitors will not break down before 16:30.
Any exhibitor who breaks down before this time is in breach of the terms and conditions of contract and may invalidate their insurance liability. Revolution Events accepts no responsibility for any invalidation of insurance.
Please do NOT give your courier company a Revolution Events contact for collection as we are unable to help them when we have left the venue. Contact details should be your own.
