Please note: There is no official build up on the morning of the event.  Whilst the venue will be open from TIME for exhibitors to drop any last minute items to their stand, they will need to carry these items from the main car park, which is a short walk away from the building. We are unfortunately unable to make any exceptions to this rule and ask that all exhibitors are ready and in position no later than TIME so that the event team can do their final stand checks.  

For safety reasons, breakdown is strictly prohibited before TIME on DATE, once the exhibition has officially closed. As outlined in the event terms and conditions, early breakdowns are not permitted and may invalidate your insurance. 

All exhibitors are required to sign the Health & Safety declaration, which states that exhibitors will not break down before TIME. 
All shell scheme exhibits must be collected by TIME on DATE.

Please dispose of any rubbish - do not leave it on your stand.  Bins will be provided during the breakdown.
