Terms of Entry 

It is a condition of entry into the Exhibition that every exhibitor, contractor, sub-contractor, supplier and their agents comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and its regulations.  The exhibitor accepts that it is their legal responsibility to ensure that their own and others Health and Safety are not put at risk by their actions (or inaction) during The Education People Show.

To take part you will need to sign your badge form confirming that you will ensure that:

1. Your staff will behave in a safe manner throughout the event.

2. Any electrical items that you bring to the event are PAT tested.

3. The break down of our stand will not commence before the official break down time which can be found here: The Education People Show - Event Timings.

4. It is a condition of our contract with you that you hold Public Liability Insurance cover for at least £5 million.

5. Any additional staff places that have been paid for are non-refundable but can be swapped in advance or onsite should a colleague be unable to attend. 

6.  For any bespoke stand built by yourselves or an external contractor your team must be able to provide a full risk assessment and method statement at any time should they be asked. Revolution Events Ltd has the right to refuse any stand build or activity they deem unsafe or has not approved prior to the event. 7.  Stand set up is the day prior - exhibitors should not set up the morning of the show. On show day exhibitors must park in the main car park and carry their remaining stand items to the exhibition. We are unable to make any exception to this and fire exits must remain clear at all times. Stands should be ready no later than 08.15am.

8. Exhibits must fit within the stand space booked and must not extend into the aisles. Stands must retain their open sides and the Exhibitor must not erect a wall or solid object above a height of 1m.

9. Due to the nature of our events please note that under 16s are not permitted onsite during build up or show day. We are unable to allow access and any under 16s will be asked to leave the premises.

9. The venue carpets are permanent and therefore it is the exhibitor's responsibility to protect the carpets should they plan to build or install a structure within the halls, or bring a vehicle or wheeled unit onsite. Any damages, including, but not limited to, rips, stretching or stains that can be reasonably linked to the exhibitors stand build or vehicle may incur a cost for repairs.

10. Under no circumstances are exhibitors allowed to enter the hall without the presence of a Revolution team member onsite. Please ensure any contractors and stand team members are aware of the set build up, show day and breakdown times. 
If access is required outside of these times it must be agreed to in writing with Revolution Events and the Venue.
