Seminar Video Preview

To ensure you meet the delegates who have a genuine interest in your products and services and to enable our delegates to choose their sessions more effectively, we are suggesting that sponsors provide us with a seminar video preview clip to back up the marketed précis.

This is your opportunity to promote your session to our pre-registered delegates and let them know the key topics covered and takeaways. All videos provided will be added to the Procurement Strategies & Innovation (PSI) YouTube channel and shared in various social media feeds. 


Please send your video file to jo@revolution-events.com at your earliest convenience. The sooner we receive it the sooner we can start to promote your session.


Seminar Sessions

Seminar rooms will be set up with:
  •     Screen (Screen Size - 16:9)
  •     Projector
  •     Seats
  •     Laptop

Please note that presentations provided in advance will be brought on site and used in the appropriate session unless we are told otherwise. If you have a new version you wish to use please ensure you bring a copy on site.

We encourage all speakers to read the Procurement Strategies & Innovation (PSI) speaker guidance notes prior to arriving on site.

Please note that some seminar rooms may be located in the main exhibition hall and are purpose built rooms. For this reason in these rooms we provide wireless headphones to all delegates to help with any noise disturbance from the stands. If this will affect your session in any way please contact with us so that we can discuss the options with you. The majority of rooms will be set up in theatre style.

If you have any questions upon arrival please ask for Jo Leek at the registration desk.

If you have any special AV requirements such as sound, video or WiFi connections please email Bree Pace no later than 28th January 2026. Please note there may be a charge for certain requirements.


Workshop Sessions

Please be aware that as workshop sessions are designed to be interactive, there are no laptops, projectors or microphones but a small screen is available for 2-3 slides. You will need to bring your own laptop to plug into the T.V.
 

Sessions Filming 

If you are hosting a session at the event, to ensure you maximise its impact, we’re offering session filming services. This provides you with a professionally recorded version of your presentation which is a great way to extend your reach beyond the event and reuse your content for future marketing efforts.

Please see further details below:
• The cost is £450+VAT, which includes filming of the seminar with video production and your slides on a split screen.
• The seminar video can be included on the PSI YouTube channel as well which will be promoted on the PSI website.
• The video team will produce the file and send you a private Google Drive link to download your 1920x1080 HD MP4 video.
• You’ll have the opportunity to request one round of revisions (e.g., adjusting slide timing, correcting titles, etc.).
• Once finalised, they’ll provide a revised version of your video for use. If no changes are needed, the initial version will serve as the final one. Please inform either the video team or myself if the video is approved as-is.
• We will provide your details to the video company, as the final file belongs to you.
For your reference, they will request:
1.    The latest version of the slides used during the live presentation.
2.    Any supporting videos that accompanied the presentation.
3.    An up-to-date high-resolution company logo for the video’s opening and closing. If you have animated intros/outros or specific fonts, please supply those as well.

Don’t forget to supply us with a link so we can add to the PSI YouTube channel – people who didn’t attend your session can then view your presentation.
